The Klein Rams Booster Club, hereafter known as KRBC, which includes the football team and the Sweethearts drill team, recognizes its function to be that of providing a safe, productive and competitive learning environment for boys and girls. The KRBC believes that the participants must be instructed by selected, experienced adults who share a common thought of " ... in the best interest of the children." The KRBC philosophy is skill building for all the participants, leading to individual success, which translates into "team-success." The KRBC wants to measure "success" by the emotional and physical growth achieved by the participants, rather than the scores of the contests themselves. The KRBC believes that the Board, the coaches, and the parents all share in the responsibility of promoting a professional, but friendly, working relationship among all involved parties, keeping the children as their primary focus.
